Many people try yoga or qigong for the first time or get back into a regular practice while they’re on holiday here and with a wide variety of teachers offering morning and evening sessions, there is something for everyone. Check us out on Instagram for the current schedule of classes. Expert instructors are also available for private sessions. If you are a teacher, our beautiful, breezy open air practice space is the perfect venue for intimate retreats and workshops and we’d be happy to chat about hosting your event. Excellent massage therapists are also on call to offer a variety of treatments on-site by appointment from reflexology to traditional swedish style massage to complete your wellness holiday experience.
